Outside of my practice, I cherish my time with my wife, Laura, and our family.

I do my best to be an outdoor enthusiast. I love running, hiking, skiing, and when it is just too miserable outside I am an avid reader.

It is also a passion of mine to build landscapes with natural stone. I see such a parallel between that work and the work I do with Trident Healing.

They are both works of designing new things, new ways to use old materials, and creating something that beautiful that will serve those around us in ways we never thought possible.
